Not a great day in cancer land today. I’ve had 2 major falls and will be going in for a CT scan tomorrow. Also my blood markers are on the rise. With all this said it’s still better the alternative!!!
At the cancer center for my multiple myeloma infusion treatment. The Dr said the labs were showing an increase in the cancer markers. Most likely looking at medication changes to address the increased blood markers. Oh well it’s just life with cancer!

Another day at the cancer center is behind me. This is certainly not the best way to spend the day! The staff are the best however and they make it much more bearable!!!
Well following my last chemo my dr sent me to a dermatology appointment for a suspicious spot. I now officially have my second cancer. Oh the joys of this trip.
Off to a fun filled day at the cancer center for treatment. Certainly not my favorite way to spend the day, but as I always say “it’s better than the alternative “.

Feeling very grateful for Zofran and pain medication today. Not a great day at my house!!! Cancer does indeed suck.
Today is my Dex day. Normally I don’t look forward to the Dex days due to not sleeping. However my energy level has been so low since my treatment last week that I welcome an energy boost even if it means not sleeping tonight.
Survived the cancer treatment today. Was there over 6 hours which kinda sucked. Now onward to the side effects.

Not having a great day. Have 3 more oral doses left on this current cycle. Lots of fatigue and feeling shaky with a cloudy head. So looking forward to my 7 days rest period. I really do hate treatment sometimes, but as II say it’s still better than the alternative!!!
