In early 2020, the Hub began funding @UWMadison professor Denise Ney's research on treating obesity with GMP derived from cheese whey. Initial pilot studies indicated that GMP had anti-obesity properties, especially in females. Read Ney's findings at ow.ly/cZza50QpFog
