It's here! 🌟 @SashaNewar and I are so proud to share the first mini-episode of our podcast, Fellowship of the Research, where we interview grad students @TrentGradSchool to learn about their research! Listen to our 'Meet the Hosts' mini-episode here: open.spotify.com/show/1ccfJIW4D…

How do aquatic benthic invertebrates respond to the removal of invasive Typha x glauca? We’re dip netting in treated and reference sites to find out @PointPeleeNP

Invasive Phragmites is an aggressive plant that spreads quickly and densely, outcompeting native species for water and nutrients and hindering the growth of surrounding plants by releasing biochemicals. But its impacts do not end there. 🔗bit.ly/3FvCVNf

Happy World Wetlands Day! Last summer I had the privilege of conducting field work in Canada’s largest wetland, the Hudson Bay Lowlands! A truly remarkable place and important breeding area for many migratory bird species. Can’t wait to go back!
