Hi @DavidColtart, concerned citizen here! Sat @ 1am, BCC towed cars parked by shops in Enganwini, Nketa & Nkulumane. Was this sanctioned? If so, under what law? Nketa has only 1 carpark, inadequate for half the area's vehicles! #BulawayoParking #Transparency
@DavidColtart please address this. Since when are cars in surbubs clamped for anything and towed? We expect a full refund of the money. Unconditional release of people's cars. This is terrorism now
The team was so aggressive,harsh drunk. Jus imagine bringing tour trucks that hour leaving cars in the cbd parked in the streets unattended.they failed to control 6th av,3rd av, the market place. Thats was unacceptable
