Shoutout to those who never gave up on Ryan Gravenberch after one season.
So many of our fans wanted him out after just one season, it's pathetic. I've rated him since the very beginning. He just needed the right position and he got it, and now he's one of the best in the world!
🇳🇱 Ryan Gravenberch won the most duels (8/8) for #LFC today. He also won the most tackles (3/3) on the pitch and was the most fouled player (4). 92% pass completion (57/62) on top of that. Solid performance.
I will not stop hyping up Ryan Gravenberch until everyone sees it. Genuinely one of the best midfielders in the world

1-0 defeat. You can blame the manager and the players, but what I blame the most is the bloody international break. It completely ruined the rhythm we had, leading to a disjointed performance. Elliot being injured also played a role in this defeat as he can turn games around.

What’s excited me most about Gravenberch this season is just how direct and purposeful he’s been. Almost every pass he makes is forward and he drives with the ball. Even if it doesn’t always come off, he’s never playing it safe. He makes things happen. He’s a Rolls Royce.

Crazy to think that last season we didn't keep a clean sheet until the 4th game against Villa, whilst this season we already have 2 clean sheets in the first two games. This new style of football is doing us wonders.
