Mr chairman.. have u taken your time to see the positive side of the road block to a security sensitive district like kisoro ..insisted of comparison with centered districts like rubanda and mbarara ....think it weighs more positive to us the citizens
Which other roadblock that requires everyone to come out of the bus in the middle of rain? Can't they check respectfully like they could do in the one after Mbarara where an officer could enter, ask IDs when people are seated? Real life starts after Kisoro boarder with Rubanda.
I saw a negative mindset with the Principle. He puts all his trust of Local Govts in the hands of RDCs and CAOs ignoring his political peers that earn right to lead through the ballot!. We delay to reach middle income due to such mindset. Elected leaders matter! @Parliament_Ug
