Together with two other firms, CSES is undertaking a study for the @EU_CoR to examine the effects of the #COVID19 pandemic on local & regional authorities in EU countries, and possible #EU measures to help address it.
We have been appointed to carry out 2 studies for @EP_Budgets: 1.) What the cost to Member States would be if 7 EU agencies in the #HealthAndSafety field did not exist, and how these agencies have combated #COVID19. 2.) Examining the role of the EU agencies’ management boards.
CSES is currently undertaking an evaluation for the @EU_Commission of 2 major EU financial instruments designed to promote #research & #innovation. During the financial crisis of 2007-13, the @EIB (w/ EU budget contribution) and @EIF_EU provided €3 billion in loans & guarantees.
