That's...not how any of that works.

if i had to read this you do too

I have learned it the hard way, but I am screaming into a void.

When someone who has learned a lesson the hard way begs me to learn the lesson the easy way, I listen. That's how I feel about long covid.

Here's a roundup of different nasal sprays and their ingredients for those who are curious. We didn't know of Norizite at the time, otherwise would have included it. twitter.com/Clean_Air_Club…

👃🏽💦 Nasal sprays are an under-used but highly effective layer to include in your covid-safety strategy! 👃🏿 Here's a thread on 4 really effective ones:

OK SARS2 conscious people I’ve been thinking, about what’s actually going on right now, with people we know. Why we seem to be living in different realities. So this is a bizarre thread, not for everyone, but any help with my two questions would be appreciated. 1/ 🧵

What the everloving fuck. Writing about this in the newsletter today but I had to share now: Ohio Republicans say that "to prevent mischief by pro-abortion courts with Issue 1, Ohio legislators will consider removing jurisdiction from the judiciary." ohiohouse.gov/news/republica…

I love getting calls from owners about how they've had bronchitis of unknown cause for a week and a half and now their animals are also congested and wheezing but their COVID tests are negative 🥴

Update on my family member who got covid. Antivirals were not started promptly despite his very high risk (kidney transplant). He's been in the hospital for 1 week now. He's stable but sadly has lost the kidney. Now he's back on dialysis and back on the transplant list. 😔 1/2

I encourage you to share the words of Israeli holocaust historian Omer Bartov, a leading expert on genocide. He cites some of the overwhelming evidence that does not seem to be making its way into the information bubbles of a lot of U.S. liberals:

Seeing U.S. liberals repeat a far-right Israeli government theme: "This is war; bad things happen in war." There's a lot to be said for how barbaric this thinking is, but one legal point: there are laws of war. They are being violated. That's the meaning of the term "war crime."

Can confirm. My brain is now a sieve.

Just another normal week in our timeline when an article in Nature states unequivocally that SARS-CoV-2 can invade the neural system to interfere with human memory, and everyone shrugs and says yeah whatever.

Republicans are serving up a triple threat of political culture wars using government to invade the rights and responsibilities of parents and doctors, hurting vulnerable children and damaging our state’s reputation and economy like they did with the harmful bathroom bill. 1/2

Another reason I think Autism and ADHD diagnoses are rising now… The Pandemic took a load of undiagnosed ND children who seemed “fine” at school, and suddenly put them in a situation that - for many - was infinitely better for their wellbeing. Then schools went back, and…

One of the things I used to do before #LongCOVID was throw on nostalgic early 00’s EDM/Dance/Club music and jump and dance around to move my body, make myself laugh, and get the anxiety or frustration out. I’m almost embarrassed to admit I tried this on a particularly hard day 1/

Idk who needs to hear this but slavery wasn’t 400 years ago. It was 158. 2023-1865 = 158. You’re welcome.
