Don’t use ‘biopsy-proven’ to label sarcoidosis; use ‘biopsy supported’ as there are many causes of granulomatous inflammation. It’s happened to one of my pts who was diagnosed with “biopsy-proven” sarcoidosis - she actually had CVID with GLILD. #ACRReview #ACR24
