Very proud of how these turned out to this day. The PECO kits are MILES better than the TWR Knapford. What’s even better is that I can use these for HO/OO as well. If only I had the space/time to set this up again. One day lol
Here’s a replica of the Barber from ‘A Close Shave’ I’ve made recently! Doing the face was definitely a fun challenge as the series 2 figures had a totally different style of eyes than the rest
Thomas Wooden Railway Tony Soprano
Any experience removing wooden railway Donald/Douglas faces? Are all engines from 1993 held on by a wood peg seen in the second photo?
Finally checked this one off the list, the Chinese Dragon! This particular model is from 1996 even though it was listed as 1998. This guy definitely wasn’t on the front of my list, but regardless it’s nice to have em.
Another eBay purchase, this time it’s Fred Pelhay. Very fitting to acquire an orange item when the fall foliage is starting to appear! 🍂
Since we've been getting so many DMs and seeing so much misinformation, it seems about time to make a thread on everything going on now regarding the prop store auctions/items. This will cover a variety of stuff 🧵
@Master0fLemons has approved of me making a character card for D7101! Here he is in his blue form, 2001-2002 variant. Not gonna be a 100% replica ofc, due to me having limited access to the right fonts. Still, a very good job! Might try and print it whenever I can.
Calling all users who have used the hydrogen peroxide method on wooden railway faces!
Here are my ‘93 Donald and Douglas. As seen in this picture, the faces are slightly yellowed. After discovering the method of using hydrogen peroxide to turn yellow plastic back to white, I questioned whether or not it would be a good choice to do it on these guys. Thoughts?

Part two of this week’s eBay haul! I now own the ‘93 Toby and Mavis. For being over thirty years old, this Toby is in remarkably good shape. Mavis is a little more beat up, but it’s still nice to have her. My 92-93 collection is growing slowly but surely!
