A wonderful morning spent watching Small Tortoiseshells egg-laying. A disturbed female even flew around and eventually landed back on the same leaf, and carried on laying! Good to see this once-common butterfly in such good numbers.
According to @DFS service manager, this is normal after having a sofa for 2 weeks. I have just been told that I am expecting my sofa from DFS to be better quality than I would ever get and there is nothing I can do about it!
