This is the first generation where both men and women in a household work full time and barely get by, and people think they’re the laziest and most entitled how’d that happen?
I just saw someone say that diabetics are allowed to be upset/tired since we have a full time job as a pancreas and idk why but that made me breathe a sigh of relief

No matter how afflicted, addicted, victimized or downtrodden you've ever found yourself, there's now always someone trying to one-up you in having it worse. To the point where empathy is no longer a human decency so much as a steppingoff point 2 gain themselves a bigger platform.
One of my pet peeves is people exaggerating their symptoms to be something larger, like a bad headache being a migraine, being tidy is OCD, or being hungry is having a low blood sugar.
Would you feel the same if he said the buns were “childhood paralysis” on a plate? We live with this condition every day, from the time we’re children until diabetes ends our lives early. Perpetuating false stereotypes of others’ lifelong illnesses is wrong. Full stop.
People whose bodies function as intended just don’t understand the struggle (more often than not).
It’s. Insulin. If you’re not diabetic, substitute the word “oxygen” for “insulin.” TLDR @PhRMA is “concerned about legislation” that would ensure Minnesotans who need insulin to survive get it. PhRMA is “concerned”....
