One thing I actually despise is meta abusing I have more respect for a Vayne top otp than for sm who connects their elo to w/e is broken atm And then if they fail to execute the broken strat they are inting useless bcs 0 pattern knowledge How does it feel to be permainflated?
Why not make Lethal tempo exceed 2.5 AS btw? The only ADCs that use it are Vayne, Kog, Kai'Sa maybe Twitch, Jinx/Varus does it anyway

I've seen august say on stream they cap as to not make the stat too strong for high elo player while low elo can't use it such a backward way of reasoning. Killing all the fun for as champ for legit 0

Lethal Tempo is coming back in 14.19 for Split 3. Attack speed is now flat instead of scaling with level and now deals on-hit damage at max stacks.
Like maybe if this rune isn't 40% stronger on melee than ranged there wouldn't have been such a big balance problem
why is lethal tempo capped still at 2.5 AS max? where does that make any sense honestly just cap the adaptive force instead and uncap AS
Make it remove the AS cap please!!! That won't be as much of a change for most of the champs and those on-hit would love ot
im crying bruh the game is developed by aliens its made to scale off attack speed but u cant buy more than 3 attack speed items and if u have ardent censer or any AS steroid on team at all or any builtin AS buff u cant even go 3 items or ur just wasting stats FUN IS BANNED
