Today Maine Turnpike Authority hosted a press conference with speakers from MaineDOT , AAA Northern New England, Maine State Police and Associated General Contractors of Maine to remind drivers that as construction season is gearing up to please be aware of highway work zones.

TRAFFIC ALERT, Kittery-Ramp closures overnight tonight & Monday for milling & drainage work 4/28 Exit 7 southbound entrance ramp will be closed at 9PM & will reopen by 5AM Monday 4/29 southbound entrance ramp from Route 236 will be closed at 9PM & will reopen by 5AM Tuesday.
