I've made some changes to the top photo on the whole house rental page for #INASHIKINEST on Airbnb. This place is highly recommended for those seeking a stay in a traditional Japanese countryside house and a peaceful, crowd-free environment. 😊 airbnb.jp/rooms/51275024…

In my kitchen garden, carrots seem more likely to thrive when sown in summer rather than in spring. I tried harvesting some and they were still a bit small but pretty good 😆✨ #INASHIKINEST #homegrown #vegetables #guesthouse

This butternut squash harvested from my Kitchen Garden is lovely, it'll be turned into a delicious soup!😆✨ #INASHIKINEST #バターナッツ #butternut #カボチャ

It's cold today but I feel so refreshed while walking around this area😆✨When I visited Tokyo after a while, I immediately sensed that the air was totally different. I feel the CO2 levels in Tokyo are higher than here🧐

Edible chrysanthemum flowers have finally started to bloom! #INASHIKINEST

Chili peppers in my kitchen garden are still thriving! You can still make a delicious peperoncino with them. Plus, having butternut squash soup together feels like ordering a lunch set. It’s one of the seasonal dishes guests can enjoy cooking and eating here😋 #INASHIKINEST

Around this time of year, we can buy freshly harvested lotus roots along the roadside for just 100 yen per bag in this area. Lotus roots are delicious and a real blessing during winter when fresh vegetables are less abundant! #INASHIKINEST #レンコン #稲敷市 #茨城県 #Ibaraki

After I gave a butternut squash to the guest's child, the parents messaged me that the child was so happy and held it the whole way home😊It makes me so happy!! I'll grow plenty of butternut squash again next year ;) #INASHIKINEST

In autumn and winter, the sun's angle changes from summer, allowing sunlight to reach the Japanese veranda. This makes the space between the Shoji screens and the windows warm and comfortable.😊 #INASHIKINEST #縁側 #engawa #ゲストハウス #guesthouse

Last year, I put the leftover parts of persimmon in the garden, and it seems the seeds have sprouted. I'm excited to see if they’ll bear fruit in about eight years😆

Since curry leaves likely won’t survive the winter in this area, I plan to harvest plenty now and freeze them for later use. #INASHIKINEST #カレーリーフ #homegrown #vegetables

A wonderful couple stayed at #INASHIKINEST They booked their stay to attend the fireworks festival, which was unfortunately canceled. However, they shifted their mindset and chose to enjoy their stay here. Eventually, they told us “We had a great time and come back here!😭✨

I harvested some sweet potatoes and let them mature a bit. I recently tried some, and they were yummy! #INASHIKINEST

It's surprising to see such heavy rain in November.🤔

This morning was beautifully clear and sunny, so we went for a short jog. The fresh air felt wonderful! #INASHIKINEST
