The council has declared everyone an enemy frm Residents, ZESA, Masvingo Arts Theatre Club, PR office, Eng Gozo, Sewer trunk consultant etc. Only a certain cabal is right, vamwe vose are bad. This is wat our Council has become. Sadly this happens at the expense of the rate payers

With this current City Council, Masvingo is no longer a Great City and should stop masquerading with a city status. Due to Poor Service Delivery, Its now a mere Growth Point hence Masvingo City Council must be therefore dissolved completely and start a new one #MasvingoLiveMatter
