I think people who advocate for the free-for-all don't understand how powerful psychedelic experiences can be because they self-regulate (somewhat) within the recreational sphere, and probably don't work around psychedelic crisis services. But they should not be illegal.

Looking at places where it’s allowed/ legal or decriminalized, people are not as wild as some might think. I see some who take it without much understanding what it might do, but also many who think it’ll magically fix everything once and for all.
