If you are an Xfinity user trying to watch March Madness Live via our xBox application; know that it is not supported. Unfortunately, Comcast elected not to support the application on this platform. As an alternative, we invite you to watch on other platforms.
xBox just released new version 5.0.9 to improve stability and resolve issues. It's available for download now.
For users experiencing the TKN000 error. We are looking into this issue but it seems that users at WORK are being blocked by their company's firewall. Can you please "duke" it out with your IT dept so that you can watch the games. Thanks!

March Madness 2018 is almost here! Updated apps for AppleTV, Roku, xBox, & FireTV drop this Thursday. Updated iOS and Android builds are already available. Are you ready?
^SB Are you sure you havent used up your 3hrs free preview. The error you are getting is a network error.
^SB yes you get 3 hours free. Have you tried on your mobile phone as well? We have apps for iPhone and Android.
^SB Are you logged in with your tv provider? did your free preview pass expire? Can you try a different browser?
^SB try killing the app, clearing your cache and launching it again.
^HH To cast you must be logged in to TV provider. The phone will allow you to preview games w/out a login. Follow me to DM

^SB Try force quitting the app & launch the app again. U can also try deleting the app & reinstalling. Let me know if either works.
^SB What device and OS are you running? Also who is your tv provider and are you logged in?
