I have spoken to @SGNgas about the wholly unacceptable delays again on the A9 at their works today. I have made the case for these works to be suspended until a credible plan in place that enables my constituents to get on with their lives. The current situation is intolerable.

@nature_scot you objected to this PKC planning app ref 22/01882. no consent issued. satellite imagery from april 2023 shows Discovery Land Company carried out the works anyway. can you investigate?
