The Netherlands’ experiment to legalize cultivation has strict regulations, one of which is that municipalities involved in the experiment may not sell to foreigners! This may take a huge toll on the industry generated from cannabis tourism! #amsterdam will not be partaking.
Minnesota is a medical state, and if you have unlawful possession up to 42.5 grams you will be sent to a drug treatment program, failure to complete is a misdemeanor. Thoughts?😅
In Alsska you can legally grow up to 6 plants (medical & recreational), but if you have under 25 plants there is no penalty... 🤔
I just found out something very peculiar about getting jobs in the cannabis industry in the US. In many medical states, the industry is overseen by the department of health or a specific canna department, but in Washington this is overseen by the State Liquor Control Board 🤔
