#WoTFirstTimer I finally finished reading The Eye of the World and it legitimately might be my favorite book of all time. Every chapter was so fun to read and learn more about the world and its characters. I can’t wait to read the sequels soon.

Reading the replies to this tells me how many people didn’t read the prologue to Ghosts of Onyx. Beta Company was sent when they didn’t realize there were 7 ships over the complex, STARS mistook them as part of the factory. If it worked, then they wouldn’t have been sent.

I think the biggest misconception that people have about Spartan-IIIs to me is that the UNSC treated them in the way the Covenant treated Grunts. S-IIIs weren't actually deployed as disposable soldiers and they weren't sent on suicide missions

I read the Dawn of Yangchen and while I didn’t enjoy it as much as the two Kyoshi books, I still thought it was well written. I am excited to read her second book just to see more of Yangchen though.

I finished Dragon Age II and honestly this game blew away my expectations. The story and characters were some of my favorites from any game I’ve played. There’s a lot of reused layouts but everything else made up for it so much. I might like this game more than Origins…

#WoTFirstTimer I’ve been reading through The Great Hunt and one of the things that I love in this book compared to the Eye of the World, is all the different perspectives. In EotW it was like 90% Rand. But Great Hunt has so many characters lead the chapters.
