Worry not, there are alternatives to refined grains. 1. Use whole wheat or whole grains including whole grain bread, oats, whole grain cereal rather than refined wheat. 2. Instead of posho eat whole maize or maize flour that is not refined 3. Brown rice instead of white rice.
