Note Russian press is headlining these stories, so the media narrative is rapidly picking up momentum. I'm no media analyst so won't comment further, but I think we're at a 'we know it when we see it' moment in observing an overt shift in Russian media space.


Kremlin announcement could be an honest picture of the situation or it could be the first whiffs of a false flag operation. It could also be nothing, but this language fits the narrative of an imminent offensive.
