Great article highlighting failure of rich countries to pay for cyclone damage. But Mozambique had turned to gas long before Idai hit. Coral FLNG FID was in 2017 -- 2 yrs before Idai. And Frelimo didn't spend gas money on solar and schools; it spent it on boats and bribes.
