We asked the Department for Education in *March* to publish their Buildings Conditions Survey data, which was supposed to have been released in 2022. It’s now 6 months later, and children are being sent home from their crumbling schools. We’re challenging the DfE via the ICO.

So the plan to replace all old schools with new builds was scrapped by the Conservatives and now 150 schools cannot open for the new term. How many of these schools are private? How many are state?
