So, y’a know @Delta it is beginning to seem like the pre board criteria amount to “whoever feels like boarding first.” Just watched about 50 able bodied passengers just saunter through. Which of course leads to other passengers concluding, “next time, me too.”

I had the honor of interviewing Dr. Robert Cialdini at #ClioCon2022. The Principles of Persuasion. Lawyers would do well to follow Dr. Cialdini. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/on-…

I just liked “How PEO Spectrum's Free PEO Comparison Service Works” on #Vimeo: vimeo.com/694172991

The business of law. Setting up a law firm. Building a client base. How to be successful. We discuss all of this and more right here on #lawyer2lawyer with host @jcraigwilliams and @LawFirmBusiness legaltalknetwork.com/podcasts/lawye…

Building a community around not only Clio, but around a vision for what the future of legal services needs to be, has always been a big part of how we’ve approached transforming the practice of law, for good at Clio. It’s also a big reason why we put on #ClioCloud9.

Great story, Jack. Especially appreciate how you started with a fragmented and underserved segment and figured out how to bring them together in a community.

No.

Are we just adopting Stephen Mayson’s #lawtech definition? “tech that provides self-service direct access to legal services for consumers by substituting for a lawyer's input, & can be experienced by consumers without need for any human interaction in the delivery of the service”

I'm still finding it hard to believe that court via video conferencing is so novel -- but it is. In many countries, you can now get divorced from your couch - even in contested actions. cnto.io/arJDYg8x8
