I was experiencing an annoyance in SMSS when copy pasting values. The cursor sometimes jumped to some find field after I had typed apostrophe and my quick left hand typed ctrl+V, which resulted in ctrl+'. Just edited it away from Tools->Customize->Keyboard. True happiness. 😄
