Consistent training is the name of the game. Out of season or in season, it doesn’t matter. Just keep stacking days. Provide the opportunity and kids respond.

As a bonus: Either Lage or fellow WR Cash Bowe will own the school record for single-season receiving yards. Both have already surpassed Carson Rollinger's '18 total of 905. Bowe himself owns the school single-season catches record with 80. The record books will need updating!

Going through these records as I write the game story and it’s impressive QB Chase Smith set the school’s single-game pass yards record with 345 (prev: 304) and the single-season passing with 2246 (prev: 2211) His 9.35 YPA higher than all other NS QBs with 200+ pass attempts
One last tweet for tonight. Showing some love for the defense: As a team, North Scott is allowing 12.5 PPG. It's the best mark of any team in Class 4A the last two seasons They're allowing only 97 pass yards per game and have held opponents under 100 rush yards in 6 of 11 games
