Kevin included an entire interactive book with his review - including an example of multi-modal LLMs to automatically assess NMR spectra in figures! This is a tutorial in the book. This is a great resource for those wanting to apply LLMs/agents to chemistry and materials

If you want to extract data using LLMs, you should check out our review 📝 arXiv arxiv.org/abs/2407.16867 💻 hands-on online book matextract.pub

Interesting statistics and intuitive visuals on the "academic pipeline" at Swiss institutions of higher education. Probably worth a look for most students in Switzerland.

The postdoc bubble, the #LeakyPipeline and unemployed humanities graduates: we look at the statistics of an academic career from Bachelor to professorship. @Nicky_LeFeuvre @katja_rost @ScientoSkop 👇 horizons-mag.ch/2024/03/07/whe…

A major milestone for researchers in Switzerland: this spring, they can participate again in an ERC call after an almost three-year hiatus. Being involved in #HorizonEurope, the largest research programme worldwide, is key for Swiss research.

🇨🇭🇪🇺 negotiations on the overall package have officially started. Negotiations on association to EU programmes such as @HorizonEU , #Euratom, #DigitalEuropeProgramme, @iterorg and @EUErasmusPlus are part of negotiations on the overall package.

📢 New blog about Copilot In addition to web version that support RAG, molecule rendering and orbital calculations, we created new features in the Azure Quantum Elements platform that support context aware code writing for workflows cloudblogs.microsoft.com/quantum/2023/1… #Copilot

Copilot will be the new UI for both the world's knowledge and your organization's knowledge, but most importantly, it will be your agent that helps you act on that knowledge. Here are highlights from my keynote today at #MSIgnite.
