Getting old is fucking stupid. Like you get to a point in your life where you're happy it snowed just so you can use the snowblower. Not because you like using it, because you spent time making sure it runs and everything works in the fall and don't want that time to be wasted.
Hearing how shitty our old place has gotten since we were forced to move out makes me feel so good. Tenants that moved in after us have multiple people living there for months that shouldn't be. Owner still doesn't give a shit about fixing things. Blessing in disguise we left.
