I want to rant about football. No, not the beautiful game we all watch on TV. Something else I find increasingly disturbing as my kids get older. I wonder if the way the sport is structured is worsening whatever racial/class divides we have in this country.

7. Basically, this data tells us that if we took ALL the IGR of each state, only 8 states can meet ONLY INTEREST payments on their debt.

2. Only 4 states have Debt Service to IGR ratios of < 50% (assuming 15%pa & 10%pa on lcy & fcy). Ogun 21% Rivers 28% Lagos 33% Kwara 44%
