Hey @GeorgeOliverJCI bless you ($15,476,637 Total Compensation, 2019, salary.com) but I worked my ass off to put $60K worth of @LuxaireHVAC AC units on my roof, and today they're worthless. Something in the culture @johnsoncontrols is off, and this was no mistake.
"We Win when our Customer Wins" @johnsoncontrols touts to their investors. Guess @LuxaireHVAC selling equipment that will knowingly fail guarantees a "WIN" for them and the contractors when und-users will be forced into an expensive repair. @GeorgeOliverJCI is that what it means?
We work hard for our $$, so when @johnsoncontrols and @LuxaireHVAC tell us "we only talk to contractors" regarding two useless leaking AC units that WE bought and PAID for, who is their customer, the people who BOUGHT their equipment? "Customer Relations" my ass. #shameful
You mean to tell me the collective genius at @johnsoncontrols and @LuxaireHVAC didn't know that mating copper to aluminum would result in corrosion? 3-year lifetime on $30K worth of AC units, shame on you.
I go out of my way to purchase American made products, but when @johnsoncontrols and @LuxaireHVAC sell AC units that have a three-year lifespan, something is terribly wrong. TWO units take a dump, just about a year out of warranty. Shame.
I realize @Chase is ALWAYS trying to sell me “product”, so why would they push my #PPPLoan when they have a chance to sell me a conventional loan or line of credit?
