If you were asked to go into work for 5/10/15 etc hours a week but you won't get paid you wouldn't do it, Yet the FREE volunteers involved in grassroots football are doing this most weeks so kids can play football or go to a training session and most volunteers are out of pocket
Superb idea. I was crap at football myself at school. They used to give us idiots a ball and tell us to disappear somewhere out of the way while they concentrated on the team. It didn't bother me, but I know some youngsters could be hurt by their attitude. 👍⚽
