1) The long awaited appropriate use document for preop cardiac testing is a disappointment. Common sense recommendations but still too liberal on testing in asymptomatic pts with >4METS. One good thing not mentioned- NO ROLE for CCS. Limited role for TEE. jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.…
