To think people like MC Oluomo are likely to “win” an election over her in Nigeria. Then educated people will jump in to say things like “politics is local”, “grass root politician”. Sigh.

More catching up with His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and H.E Prime Minister @JustinTrudeau of Canada.

Not to add the cost of the poor man coming from Masaka to come and take the photo at the Villa. Black man too wicked.

The cost of printing this cheque is more than the value of money on it.

This responses to Peter Obi's comments on factories, night vigil etc., taught me that many Nigerians have reading comprehension and critical reasoning deficiencies - or they are simply disingenuous.

I’ve never seen a skit be so accurate years later, Dave Chappell is a national treasure 🤣🤣🤣

Jude Bellingham went from being the absolute face of this sport last season, to not even being talked about anymore. And all because they had to bring in a player who doesn't even do much on the pitch.

Vinicius is one of those players who complain the loudest about field antics while it makes up a large part of their own game.

Arsenal would have entered another gear this season with Gyokeres. Glad their manager prioritizes DMs, Defenders and Goal keepers.

A billionaire who made his money wayyyy before he joined politics is talking. Hasn’t taken a dime even from his entitled pension. Suggested an economic recovery plan and clowns are focused on the mundane things. Iv never seen this kind of delusion in my entire life.

I don't think anyone who attends service at Odumeje's Church every week, could be remotely described as a "critical thinker"; Now, multiply this several fold, and you'll understand the challenge we are dealing with.

Everything Falz and his father stands for, all the activism, all the good work during EndSARS wasn’t enough to make many Nigerians stand for them! Many people disrespected these men over a bloody idiot! I repeat, Nigerians are not worth your fight!

“Shebi, you’re a lawyer. Go to court” Falz revealed what VeryDarkMan reportedly told him on the phone.

Nigerians owe a debt of gratitude to Atiku for denying Wike that Presidential ticket. How dare you criticize him as masses.

This is sad. Nigerians so desperate to reach Europe, they are perched on the rudder of an ocean going ship.

One of my favorite afrobeats stories. From him screaming “everyone is in trouble” after Yhemo Lee surprised him with an Olamide verse to Asherkine directing his Omo Ope vid to him having 8 number one songs in one year, and now 3 A+ albums, it’s been the greatest run of all time.

YBNL has just signed a new act, @asakemusik Asake is behind viral songs such as 'Mr Money' and 'Omo Ope' feat. Olamide.💫

My theory is that very few of us learn how to learn. We don't really think. We study to pass exams, and learning stops when school is over. The exceptions tend to be people privileged to have good education, the naturally intelligent and curious or those their work requires it.

Not a fully formed theory, but I think that Nigerians (Africans?) stop learning too early in life. Like the prevailing culture disincentivizes learning and makes many people mentally stuck in their teens. I haven’t thought about it long enough to have a theory about why.
