One of the most recognisable fish on the reef - the Clown Triggerfish. Just check out those teeth!

World Whale Shark Day 🦈 A day to celebrate the biggest fish in the oceans, these enigmatic elasmobranchs are true gentle giants. It is always a special feeling when you see those iconic spots appear from the deep. #whaleshark #wildlifephotography

Ocellated Eagle Rays are one of my favourite underwater animals. They usually keep their distance during dives but this individual was an exception. My favourite eagle ray encounter so far 💙 #underwaterphotography #wildlifephotography

The reef is full of weird and wonderful inhabitants of every colour imaginable. From the plain to the dazzling and vibrant, the array of patterns seen on marine fish is truly special. Here are some of my favourite patterned reef-goers. #underwaterphotography #wildlifephotography

Flying pancakes 🥞 I will never forget cruising through the waters of La Ventana in Baja California Sur and hearing the iconic pop-splash of Mobula Rays leaping out of the water and bellyflopping all around us. These little rays can get some serious air time, breaching over 2m

Finally found one of the animals that I’ve been searching for for a very long time 🌊🐴 Hidden amongst the small tufts of seagrass, with their tails wrapped tightly around the blades of grass you find the unmistakable face of a seahorse.

While mum sleeps, baby plays 🐋 One of my favourite images that I have taken so far, I think anyone with kids can relate to this shot. A mother humpback whale rests in the deeper water as her calf shows off all its youthful exuberance. #wildlifephotography

The biggest splash in the world 🌊 40 tons of whale playing in the waves, a sight that will never get old 🐋 #wildlifephotography #wildlife #whale #whalewatching #humpbackwhale

A moment that I have been dreaming of capturing, the moment a 40 ton whale does her best ballerina impression. #wildlifephotography #whale #whalewatching #wildlife

Welcome to rhino country 🦏 Solio Ranch in Kenya is one of the most successful rhino breeding sanctuaries in East Africa, with over 200 rhinos. Seeing over 20 rhinos at a time is not uncommon here. Do you know what species of rhino are seen in these images?#wildlifephotography

Dreaming of whales 🐋 Filmed on the most incredible day with the Grey Whales in Mexico. Once one whale started to get our attention, they all wanted a piece of the action. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this. Truly breathtaking moments with these beautiful giants 💙

The unmistakable barnacle-covered face of a Grey Whale. Barnacles are a common sight on baleen whales and grey whales are typically covered in them. They often use the bottom of our boat to scratch that itch, leading to a bumpy ride for us on board. #wildlifephotography

🌊 World Oceans Day 🌊 A day to celebrate the incredible creatures that inhabit the oceans of the world, and how we may better protect them. Together, we can implement plans to protect and restore ocean habitats. Together we can make a difference 💙 #worldoceansday

The playfulness of youth 🐋 This juvenile Humpback Whale is discovering all the amazing things that its body can do. From slapping the water with fins to opening its mouth wide open - practising for those huge shoals of fish that it will devour one day. #wildlifephotography
