Exactly my experience. Third day of phoning and emailing, yet to find any sign of life. They take your money quickly but don't even bother to send you any info on your contact channels that you registered your profile with. This system is so poorly designed and executed.
I am in the same position, starting to regret why I did this. Process was very seamless but been more than a week and still nothing. Phone line is dropped and no response on email 🙄

The government has nothing better to do than change legislation, change the constitution, change all town, city, airport, bridge, submarines and street names. It's their favourite hobby! Things that actually matter like power outages and unemployment get thrown on the backburner!
