During the port visit, Secretary GOI inspected all berths of KPL & ongoing works like NBW rehabilitation, IOCL captive jetty, etc. Secretary lauded the efforts taken up by KPL officials for better Port performance & urged to complete all the ongoing works in time.

@KamarajarPort & @PortofChennai celebrated the valedictory function of the Vigilance Awareness Week 2024 on 07.11.24. Chief Guest Shri Brajendra Navnit, IAS, Principal Secretary to Govt. of Tamil Nadu, Commercial Taxes and Registration Department delivered special address.

KPL had conducted National Tsunami Mock Exercise on 5/11/24. All personnel in and around port are assembled at assembly point. Port fire service & medical emergency team ambulance were kept standby & debriefing was done to the employees & contractors who have participated.
