According to a recent NIOSH FACE study: 42% of the fatalities in construction involve falls, 54% of fatalities had no access to a PFAS, 23% had access to a PFAS but did not use it, 33% of falls were > 30 ft., 20% of fatal falls occurred within the first 2 months on the job.

If your workers use fuel powered equipment, ensure to train them on the hazards of carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless gas toxic at 200ppm and deadly at 1200ppm. Symptoms of exposure include headache, nausea, rapid breathing, weakness, exhaustion, dizziness, and confusion.
