Your customer service is awful. They won’t event acknowledge that I specifically asked about the Host going back on their word BEFORE I cancelled. I cancelled very early to give the host extra time to rent unit. Why do you protect greedy and dishonest hosts?

@AirbnbHelp my Host agreed in writing to waive their cancellation policy if they rented unit to someone else. I received assurance from Airbnb Support that the Host could not go back on their word. Unit was rented, and now host refuses to give refund. And Airbnb refuses to help!

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb only responds for public perspective, with no interest to actually trying to resolve anything for the customers. They also never called as I’ve had my phone with me all day and in the same location. Again, their customer service is ridiculous.
