If there's one thing I've learned in the Salesforce partner ecosystem, it's that you should never assume excellence or robustness based on how saturated a market is.
Salesforce partners being like "alright, and now I'll just sprinkle in an additional 10% of cost for PM support" and wondering why months into the project nothing is on time, communication is staggered and client is unhappy. Project management is a core to success!

I’m noticing many companies lose amazing Salesforce talent for the sole reason that sfdc sits within the Engineering org. I believe that can work, but often doesn’t. Generally speaking, Sfdc shouldn’t sit with Eng.
