A storm is forming, & it was predicted by @Weather2020 using the #LRC 120-days ago. In the October 11th blog, I wrote that when this returns it may produce 1 foot of snow in eastern Kansas. Well, the models are showing that now & the 40-day severe risk outperformed the SPC!
