Sometimes people catch lightning in a bottle (congrats Ihor & Aurélien!🙂), but most of the time people have to keep at it until they get "lucky" conditions (e.g. Greig, Jasmin, Karel). There were zero finishers 2018-2022. "The harder I work, the luckier I get." #BM100 (9/10)

Going back-and-forth on a statistical model, I'm taking the lazy way out and will just present simple likelihood of finishing stats, based on a loop's finish time (e.g. if you finish the first loop under 8 hours, you have a 50% likelihood of finishing the race) #bm100

I've been told that for #BM100 Twitter I'm supposed to post pictures of #barkleycats. I've never seen a cat at Frozen Head. This is the closest thing, so I assume is what people mean. This one had half a dozen "kittens" with her. Did not try to pet. Am I doing this right?

Camp is thinning out as people pack up to go home. The sun is trying to come out but the clouds are stubborn. The temperature is supposed to drop quite a bit overnight. It’s unfortunate there won’t be any runners on the course to experience it. #BM100

Has it become too hard? That's been asked often in the last 30 years. And that's where the opportunity lies. Doing what couldn't be done carries far greater appeal than re-defeating something already conquered. #BM100 requires that motivation, as all great goals should. (5/5)
