For those who understand where the world is heading, it's obvious to see that most labor will be automated -- what this means is that the owners of the robots will be the ones who make most the money This is why collective ownership of digital / physical property is so important

Robotics enables physical hyperdeflation. Labor becomes just electricity & code. Real prices for everything should fall, including cost of living, if fiat also recedes. As a goal, if your annual crypto dividends can pay for the electricity, you should be able to live off robots.

The thing you are supposed to be decentralizing is power.

Need to get @kanyewest on Junto

"I heard crypto is a scam and NFTs are boiling the oceans, therefore we should outlaw it because it is bad for humanity" - some TradTech bro who invented the algorithm that causes 15% higher rate of depression for a 3% increase in ad revenue

This is a grossly optimistic view of what Facebook does and advertising in general. In another reality, we are constantly bombarded with ads, presented with things to buy that we don’t actually need, further accentuating anxiety + insecurities caused by social media. 🤢🤮

Facebook is NOT listening to your conversations. What they are doing is MUCH more effective! Here’s how it works👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽

Here's the running list of fake reasons for inflation that dishonest politicians have peddled this year: -it's transitory -it's supply-chain related -it's because of bottlenecks -it's the fault of greedy corporations They never mention money printing or the Fed.

I worry this direction as well. It's why I feel so compelled by coops and DAOs. Wealth concentration for the sake of economies of scale "works," if the ownership is significantly decentralized because then the benefits are not confined to a few.

One reason I like reading the writings of Satoshi Nakamoto, whoever he was, is that there is zero hype in anything he wrote. He was the complete opposite of lambos, shills, flexing, or false promises. He undersold and then overdelivered.

Many are truly evil. And have been for a while. John Reed, Lenin's journalist bit.ly/3vTC59g Walter Duranty, Stalin's journalist amzn.to/3clAa5H Edgar Snow, Mao's journalist bit.ly/3xqwzMa Herbert Matthews, Castro's journalist amzn.to/3fU95sx

One of the biggest surprises of my adult life is how unethical reporters are. In movies they're always the good guys. Everyone in tech knows stories like this.
