The World Between Worlds story arc from #StarWarsRebels, along with the Mortis trilogy from #TheCloneWars, are among the BEST #StarWars storytelling in the ENTIRE FRANCHISE! They NEVER FAIL to keep my eyes glued to the screen the ENTIRE TIME! Dave Filoni is a genius!!
Lucasfilm might just be the only major Hollywood studio right now consistently telling stories of what it's like to grow old, confronting our beloved heroes' failure to live up to their former ideals. In an industry obsessed with youth, we really shouldn't take this for granted.
I love this scene between Kanan and Hera about joining the rebels. I thought for sure Kanan would want to. But his hesitancy made so much sense. As a child who lived in a war torn galaxy, why would he want to. I love the slow build for him. #StarWarsRebels
