No boosters, no carrier aircraft, just a little rocket plane going straight up and then gliding down.

@DawnHypersonics just made history! Twice! On Nov 12, the Mk-II Aurora flew supersonic! We hit Mach 1.1 & and an altitude of 82,500 ft in an 85 deg climb 💪 PLUS, we set a new record as the fastest aircraft to 66,000 ft in just 118.6 seconds—beating a 50-year-old record! 🔥…

Mach 1.1, 82,500ft. The team smashed it. Then we flew again 6 hours later.

Oh look! A European 🤡 who thinks he has more insight into SpaceX financials than SpaceX itself. The unhealthy opinions & influence of ignoramuses like Pierre, are among the many reasons why Euro space is falling ever further behind the USA & China. 👇

SpaceX is the endless startup. Never profitable in its own, always dependent on more capital to make ends meet.

I'm one of them. If your hobby is building, you're the kind of person I want building for me

I will add to this that employers exist out there who do appreciate and count hobby electronics experience as relevant job experience. A tip from @eevblog that has done wonders for my career is also just bringing your own hardware to interviews (PCBs, Test equipment, etc)

I get to build something cool today Hope you do too My daily reminder to myself that I get to spend my time building a very cool future, has started to spur responses from people sharing the cool stuff they are building That is very cool 🤘
