I think this advice from @Eric_Partaker for any aspiring or existing leader is right on the money. I absolutely buy into all of them but also have first hand experience of unsuccessful leaders who clearly didn’t!!
Another great day for the @HighlandCross yesterday. Delighted to be able to contribute to the running of the event at the change over point in Glen Affric. Amazing support from the army of volunteers to make it all happen and tremendous effort from every one of the competitors.

Absolutely broken hearted as late last night we had to say goodbye to our handsome and beloved hound Floyd. His love and loyalty was unstinting right up until the end. We are going to miss him so much but are so grateful for all the irreplaceable memories and joy he provided 💔💔

A fantastic couple of nights entertainment for me @MidlandOfficial in the O2 Academy Glasgow last night for an outstanding performance from the band, followed by Top Gun Maverick at Vue Cinema Inverness tonight. In my opinion, both are a must see and you won’t be disappointed 😃

I got on an aeroplane today for the first time since October 2019. It was just an internal domestic flight but it felt strangely ‘new’ if that makes sense. The pandemic has had so many invisible impacts, in addition to the very visible and lived ones we have all experienced.
