2/2 I will throw out right at the start my personal bias which is to see fatigue as an output sensation from the brain which acts as a threat protector rather than a straight input from the peripheral system.


1/2 Over the last few years I have been researching fatigue and it's impact in elite cricket. I am nowhere near an expert but as a learning tool for myself, I will look to share over the coming weeks some of the insights I have learned.
