03Nov, 56/Kedzie officers located a police type veh. wanted for drifting and occupants to be armed. The veh. was equipped w/ emergency blue/red lights on the dashboard and emergency siren. Officers recovered 2 loaded firearms, narcotics and a FLAMETHROWER!! Suspects in custody.
