We began our Aspiring Principal and Aspiring Assistant Principal cohorts with a Panel Discussion centered on MCSD expectations for new leaders. Our panel consisted of Region Chiefs, and Executive Directors for CTAE, C&I and PES. Great authentic insight for aspiring leaders!

Students can’t dream of the unknown! Experiences and exposure matters!

We had great discourse centered around Collaborative Planning with District Principals during our last General Admin meeting! The goal is to do what’s best for students!

We had a solid start to the new academic year. Ss transitioned in well and the staff was excited to receive them. We ended the first week with a “mini field day” celebration led by Mr. Ross! Super proud and excited about the opportunity to impact Ss lives! #SCMS #goTigers

A title does not make you a leader. The people that you work with will determine if you’re a leader or not. If you’re not leading, someone will step up and lead in your place! #leadershipmatters #beaconoflight #SCPSAdminRetreat2022

Today is the first day of our 2022 Administrative Retreat! This is the first year we were able to bring each school’s leadership team! It’s been a productive start! #gotigers #SCMS
